My child's place has been nothing but a nightmare. Their place has had some flooding for months now, and communication with the owner has been nonexistent. From what I'vr heard, there has been water throughout the electrical and the owner hasn't made it clear with residents what's going on. My child would be better off living in Campus Town East or in a fraternity than this Modernized sh** hole. Save yourself!!
