Don’t even bother trying to clean before moving out. I scrubbed our place floor to ceiling and they still charged us $200 in cleaning fees. Absolute scam. I knew moving in there were lots of reviews over deposits but I thought if I just cleaned really well it wouldn’t be a problem. Nope, they will just blanket charge anyone moving out for full cleaning costs without actually cleaning. When we moved in there was other people’s hair all over the bathroom, cat hair behind the washer and dryer and in the lint catcher. There is no way they do any cleaning themselves between tenants. If you move here expect to lose at least $200. Our dish washer and dryer never worked correctly the whole year we lived here. We put in many maintenance requests and they never actually fixed them or replaced them. It took a minimum of 3 cycles for the clothes to dry (even the smallest loads). The dishwasher smelt terrible, didn’t dry, and didn’t even clean the dishes. TLDR: They will charge at least $200 for cleaning when moving out no matter how well you cleaned. Dish washer and dryer never worked for our entire year here.

We have loved living here! Apartments are well maintained and very nice—they’re a good price for the location and how nice the apartments are. Management can be slow to respond but are very accommodating. We have never had them be dishonest with us about pricing or charge us extra fees for no reason as some people have complained about. Our maintenance requests have always been handled very quickly, often in less than 24 hours. The people who live here are also amazing and we’ve made some great friends! Extra plus is it being pet friendly!
