I unfortunately had the opportunity to live at Bridger Pointe in 2024. This easily was the worst apartment I have ever lived at. They constantly tack on really high fees for things like cleaning the common area which was always covered in trash and dog poop. It was so bad we trash landmarks and would notice when they would move around the apartment complex. In March our water heater started leaking out onto the floor which I immediately reported, it took them until June to fix it. The only reason they even did it then was because it finally flooded to the downstairs neighbor. They then had the audacity to take our entire security deposit and tack on 200 dollars worth of maintenance and cleaning fees because of the issue they took 5 months to fix. Oh also good luck ever using the hot tub which they do charge fees for.
