My son never got to start school, but the housing management refused to cancel his contract and demanded full rent for the entire semester even though he never even moved in for any amount of time. They only care about money not about people.

I’ve had a really positive experience with The Factory! The property is modern, clean, and in a great location for students. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. The amenities and apartment layouts are also really nice and make it feel more like a home than typical student housing. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for housing in Logan!
