It does its job. You get what you pay for, and it’s definitely one of the most affordable student apartments in St. George. There are 4 small bedrooms, a good sized living room and kitchen, and two large bathrooms. Each room has its own sink. The “pool” is a joke, it hasn’t been operational the whole 6 months I’ve lived here. My favorite part is the kitchen, theres so much counter space and cabinet space, you don’t feel like you’re fighting your roommates over it. And there a built-in microwave so you don’t have to buy your own ?

I have had the chance to live at both Dixie Red Sands North and South. The North building is a bit older, but it’s clean and well maintained. While the rooms are on the smaller side, there’s plenty of storage, and laundry is easy to access even though it’s not in-unit. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Dixie Red Sands — the RAs have been helpful when needed, and maintenance has consistently taken care of any issues quickly.
