The apartment was old and handled in terrible condition; the AC is extremely loud, the pool is never open unlike stated in the contract, and they will attempt to retain a significant fraction of your deposit alleging issues that were already present before you moved in, and standards of cleaning that were not respected when you moved in. There was a fire recently in one of the complex buildings and minimal information (if any) on the reasons was provided to the tenants. Avoid this place.

I had the pleasure of staying in Chasewood through my bachelors and masters. I’ll keep it short and sweet.
Rent and utilities were extremely affordable. Maintenance was quick to respond, often arriving the same day or the day after. Management was fantastic and gave no issues whatsoever. Apartment quality was great; buildings were not decrepit. The complex is optimally located next to gas, groceries and FIVE different bus stops.
I emphatically recommend Chasewood to students and would definitely live here again if asked.
