The units are maintained well and the management is on top of everything. College students can be somewhat rowdy but the rule at this complex is respect for other tenants. Also, the rent is very reasonable and being on the bus route and near shopping was very convenient.

Where should I start? This place is the bottom of the barrel. The apartment complex is not even 1 star. It is old, stinky, full of mold and mildew. Everything is old and dilapidated. Bug and mice issues. Don't expect to get most of your security deposit back. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Hours and hours were spent cleaning after move out and looked better than move in but they charged for every little thing that they deemed needed to be replaced or repaired. Be prepared to get multiple aggressive texts about crap that doesn't apply to you. The laundry facility is a joke. My daughter lost hundreds of dollars of clothes that were burned. Their response? Yeah not our problem. In the winter you will pay $400 a month for baseboard heat and you will still freeze to death. In the summer you will be dying of heat exhaustion from the one AC unit that is in the living room. The cool air never makes it to the bedrooms. If you are looking to throw your money away, live at the Mill. Lastly, someone there will reply to this review to try to make it look like I am not being honest or throw some passive aggressive comment back at me. You decide who you'd like to believe. Don't make the same mistake we made.
