Charlton Farms is an amazing living experience for off campus housing for WFU students. The process of obtaining a lease is effortless because the staff goes above and beyond answering calls, texts, and emails promptly. From experience I know Charms is the absolute best of any off campus student housing communities. I have felt safe and secure knowing my home is protected by ring doorbell cameras and smart locks at every address. I would highly recommend living at Charlton Farms in Winston Salem over any other off campus community for WFU.
