They have unfair pricing based on the time you sign a lease. This place is a scam in pricing. My son and his friends signed a lease early in the year to ensure they got the place. 2 months later, the apartment dropped the prices from $865 to $499. When I ask them now, they say, "We have a lot of openings." Be aware of this apartment scam; they lower the pricing. $3600 per year is the price we pay for being proactive.
