Went on a tour today that was scheduled weeks ago. Fernando Navas helped us at the leasing office and he was very nice and informative. However, the first thing I saw when I walked in was a dead cockroach and the entire apartment smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. They do not prepare for tours and clearly have a property wide pest issue. The kitchen was dirty and still had an oven mit on the stove even though the apartment was supposedly not lived in for a long time. For $1100+ a month, this is absolutely insane. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!
