I’ve had a seamless experience moving in. Brooke has been immensely helpful, and Craig was in here day one fixing things for me. Great, close knit, caring team. Made moving in here pleasant and easy!

For the most part, I have loved living here. The maintenance manager, Craig, is phenomenal and he is always willing to help. I’ve been here since it first opened and haven’t once considered moving out until the original company that owned it sold it to a new owner. The new manager, Jessica Flores, is rude and NEVER communicates anything important. It always takes me a minimum of three times to get a response and even then she acts put out that she has to do her job. Recently, I had surgery on my ankle and couldn’t walk on it. The elevator broke down 4 days before my surgery and wasn’t getting fixed despite me telling them that I would not be able to climb stairs and they would have to find a way to accommodate me because it is the law. They refused multiple times, again this is ILLEGAL, so I had to contact a lawyer to get them to actually fix it. I should also state that this is the third time in 2 months that that the elevator has been broken down. If you have any kind of disability this is the last place you want to live because they will NOT work with you. Avenue 5 is the owner and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Wife and I have loved Alvera. Lived here 2 years now and have enjoyed living here. It has a lot of a younger crowd, which makes it a vibe. Craig who works as the apartment maintenance tech is amazing. Very quick and helpful when it comes to any issues. Great place to live.

When my granddaughter moved in to the Alvera apartments in American Fork UT, Craig, the maintenance technician was there to help. He explained everything, and his knowledge and work ethnic is beyond measure. Craig is very willing to help out whenever you need him. Craig is a very caring and friendly person. The Alvera Apartment is in very capable hands with Craig as their maintenance technician. Linda Dryden

Our family is huge and we had moved one of our daughters in there! We love the location the only thing I wish was visitors parking lol we probably used the pool everyday this past summer! One great thing is the maintenance guy Craig! Always cleaning, walking around making sure things are safe! If we had questions he was there to answer and help! When we were swimming he always asked if we needed anything. Craig always says hi and asks how we are doing when we come to visit! As a mom Craig makes me feel at ease for my family living there at Alvera! Thanks Craig! I know it’s new owners and hopefully they can stay on top of the smokers that can’t follow rules and think only of their habit and not of other peoples health!
