I can’t recommend Solhavn Apartments enough! From the moment you walk in, you get that 'main character energy' with their super stylish, modern designs. The apartments themselves are stunning, think quartz countertops, designer finishes, and huge 9 to 20ft ceilings that make everything feel so open. The amenities are where this place really shines. It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. 1. There’s a year-round resort-style pool, a hot tub, and even a sauna for when you need to unwind. 2. The rooftop lounge has some of the best sunset and mountain views in American Fork, and the 'Maker’s Room' is a total game-changer for anyone who loves to be creative. 3. The fitness center and yoga studio are open 24/7, plus they have EV charging and smart home tech already built into the units. The location is also perfect, it's tucked away enough to feel calm but is just minutes from I-15 and close to local favorites like Fox Hollow Golf Club and the trails at Mt. Timpanogos. On top of that, the management and maintenance teams are incredibly polite and responsive, which makes a huge difference. If you want a brand new, pet friendly spot that actually feels high-end, Solhavn is definitely the move!

Rooftop lounge rental Kudos ヘ く I just wanted to give Jada the upmost respect and kudos, she is a keeper for the company for sure. Jada went above and beyond to make a pleasant memorable first birthday celebration for my great grandchild. When I called Solhavn office I spoke with Chloe to let Chloe know that I wanted to go ahead and rent the rooftop lounge after all. Chloe was very pleasant and apologetic. But Chloe informed me that the rooftop lounge was no longer available. That the rooftop lounge has been rented out for the entire day by someone else. I was so disheartened in my spirit when I got off the phone with Chloe. But l immediately called back to speak with Chloe, to just double check to make sure there were no other options. When I called back Jada answered the phone and It was a blessing in disguise when Jada answered the phone. Because Jada went above and beyond and although the rooftop lounge wasn't available, Jada provided me with other alternatives. Those other alternatives turned out to be an excellent fit to host the baby's birthday gathering. I just want to say thank you to Jada. I will never forget her kindness and her perseverance with helping to assist me during my last minute time of need. Jada and Chloe are the best and are always kind and quick to tackle any task. The buildings are new and have very spacious bedrooms compared to most. My kids love the pool and hot tub which are heated year-round. The biggest downside is the size of the water heaters. Taking baths is difficult since the hot water runs out before the tub is half filled.

Maintenance is quick, amenities are great, and Jayda in the leasing office is the sweetest. 💙 Be careful when signing your lease to make sure you know how much all the extra fees and costs will be, it will add a few hundred on to your monthly. (I knew this when signing so I was expecting it but it’s a bit overkill.) I have enjoyed living here the last few months and appreciate the flexible lease periods.

My husband and I love living at solhavn. The staff is very approachable and have really good individual service. They have promptly helped us whenever we have questions. The amenities are great, you do almost any workout at the gym, and we use clubhouse and sauna every week! It is also in a great location close to anything we need. We love our apartment and have met wonderful people our few months living here.
