Worst apartment ever, lived here for a year, got multiple packages stolen, parking management is horrible, smells like trash, and they fined me 3 months rent when I had my friends come over for a few days. They will scam you, please be aware, I could name you a bunch of better apartments for a fewer cost. This apartment is HELL. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING THIS APARTMENT. Pay a few hundred dollars more and stay at a better apartment instead of being fined thousands by them. I’m glad I was able to tell a lot of UTA students and my friends and advise them not to go here. Spread this information to as many people as you can if you’ve read my review this far. Places like this should be shut down.

I read the reviews before moving in and assumed they were exaggerated. Unfortunately, they were not. I am currently having a very negative experience here and am actively looking for a way to leave. I strongly encourage prospective tenants to take the existing reviews seriously before signing a lease.
