If I could give this apartment a 0 I would . DO NOT LIVE IN PHASE 1 !!!! I had to move out of my original complex due to the roaches being so bad . Now for my new apartment , I was never there due to an incident of my dog somehow getting out and I had to somehow get home from my job to get my puppy which was still a baby . Thankfully a lady in the front office found my puppy and brought her back home. The door is heavy and you need a key card to get in so the fact that my small dog got out is just insane regardless of who it was . The apartment did not let us get out of our lease even when the roach infestation was so bad that it infected our food and home lives. I do not recommend living here . Our dishwasher was broken and it took weeks for them to fix it . AND ON TOP OF THAT our new apartments still had bad bugs .
