Officer staff was great very professional. Scheduling a tour was easy and communication on what to expect was as well. Had an amazing experience with TEE. Customer service was great. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Very clean and well kept office area.. The property was also very clean. I viewed a two bedroom very nice and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Tee, was very helpful on my tour. She is very sweet, and has a very calm demeanor when answering any questions. She put me at ease with some of her answers, I can tell this is more than just a job to her. I would recommend this place to anybody!

We unfortunately decided not to move, however I had such a positive experience with Jayme, I wanted to say something. My wife and I were looking for a transitional place while our house is being remodeled, and Jayme was very helpful. She was extremely kind to my children, and patient with my wife’s 100 questions 😂 The property was nice, and exactly what we needed, we just decided it was more smart for us to hold off on the renovations. Will definitely be coming back to Jayme when we are ready.

SO I have been here a total of 3 months. In those 3 months my ac has been broken countless times , leaving me to sit in the heat for days on end to the point where I had to step outside because it was cooler outside. Maintenance has no urgency or care for issues. And don't even get me started on my dishwasher. My dishwasher has flooded the floor of my kitchen also numerous times leaving a horrible smell leaving with me without a sink or dishwasher to use for dishes since the sink was causing dishwasher to flood !! Had to put in over 4 requests over 4 days for them to come out and solve issue. They seem to "temporary" fix things to just by pass until new problems show up. In my time here so far all I have encountered are inconveniences. My car was also towed because the staff did not clarify how to properly register my vehicle before I moved in leaving me to pay a $350 fee , stating that there was nothing they could do for me. After taking a deeper look at small things there are stains everywhere as well as the floor in the kitchen seems to be slightly caving in. Rent may seem cheap for the "modernness" you may be getting but all I will say is to take a deeper look at the small things as the apartment seems very dirty and just not kept up. *update* it has been a week since i left review , today above my shower where they "fix" the ac started leaking excessively and has soaked everything. On top of that it also seems as my ac has gone out yet again . just an absolute ridiculous experience being here for only 3 months

First thing I want to say is DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Yes at first the rent seems perfect and the property itself doesn’t seem bad however I lived there for half a year and was ready to leave. The initial tour was good, staff seemed friendly and the amenities seemed good. However, upon move in day we were greeted with passive aggressive staff. Upon giving us the keys to our apartment we made our way to our new home only to get there and realize they hadn’t changed the locks yet and we were given the wrong keys. Once we finally got into the apartment it was HORRIBLE. It was clear they did not clean up the apartment before we arrived. The floors were dirty, the blinds were full of smoke, and there was even leftover trash in all the kitchen cabinets which caused a huge bug problem. When we called to tell them about this the next day they said “Sorry, do you HAVE to move in right now? We can get our maintenance in”. They took weeks to get pest control in as well. Upon move out we left the place completely clean (better than we found it) and they still charged us over $300 for “cleaning fees” which was ironic seeing as how they definitely did not do this before we initially moved in. Do not be fooled by the nice show apartments these apartments are horrible!!
