My tour with Eduardo went really well. He was very helpful, detailed, and made me feel like I wasn’t talking to someone in sales, more like I was talking to a friend actually the whole office had this chill energy everyone was working, but they were also laughing, getting along, and genuinely welcoming you into that vibe. It almost felt fun being there. im shy so this kinda broke that feeling The property itself could use a few touch-ups some hallways looked a little dingy ngl but I truly got the sense that this staff cares about uplifting the community as much as they can. I had read reviews mentioning neglect, but during my tour, someone came in about a pest issue in their unit. they paused aattending me quickly and addressed her right away, during the tour right before that I learned Maverick Place offers free weekly pest control sprays upon request, and I saw that process in real time, they signed her up immediately, gave her a service date, logged everything in, and she left fine. I’ve seen pest-related comments on Google, and it does make me wonder if everyone is aware of that weekly spray option. I’m assuming they are unless maybe it’s not always communicated clearly but from what I saw, the office was proactive. After my tour, I also spoke with Danyelle, who was super friendly and welcoming, again like I mentioned earlier the staff was kind, confident, and knowledgeable about why their property stands out from being a small community to hosting resident events, they seemed proud of where they work and what it could be. Overall, the staff really made the difference for me, compared to everywhere else I toured

My lease ends in July of 2026. I only moved here because I needed a place near the university on a short notice. There's roaches, the oven is burnt and disgustingly dirty, the vent over the stove is so dirty that it's a fire hazard, the common area floors are so dirty no matter how much I mop, the stove burners and dishes are so burnt that I would not be able to clean them, I don't have hot water, the dryer keeps making a loud metal-on-metal sound, my bathroom tiles are broken, and my mattress is also broken. I live in a 2x2 and they have the audacity to charge a grand for these conditions. I will be so relieved to move out of here. Update: the front office has been a bit helpful but not much has changed. They fixed my mattress but that's about it. I still have a roach problem, they said they were going to spray weekly but have never come to do that. There's so many problems with this apartment and I highly doubt they're going to fix every one of the issues. I just want to move out.
