I had the most amazing tour with Zen and Jude. The fact that new management is really stepping up and trying to change this apartment complex for the better is truly amazing. They’re really NOT playing around with flipping this place. They also saved my phone from dying lol. Amazing music taste as well. I love it and can’t wait to move in soon!

Experience here started out fine. Rooftop is nice but hours have been shortened. Advertised as "prioritizing safety" but all of the doors leading to outside are broken and delivery drivers can access my apartment door???? Maintence has shown up once to tell me they'll talk to management about my issue and radio silence after that. I've probably reported 5 different maintence issues as well. Indoor trash chute is fine until it's not. If you're going to visibly ignore a clear health hazard At least move it to the garage. Genuinely insane for the price point. Take your money elsewhere. And don't bother contacting the office for your issues. They won't respond :)

Maintenance is nonexistent. There was water damage and a leak in our apartment for months and we were continuously ignored by the landlord. Along with that, they have posted many signs saying any groups would be fined $200 unless you get permission from the landlord beforehand. The fingerprint scanners do not work and have never worked since I have moved in. Many doors do not have handles on them. Hallways are always dirty, trash chute is always clogged. The roof (a big attraction for this apartment) is closed off at night. The pool has had maintenance equipment in it for months. The new owners have implemented an AI chatbot that sends advertisements to my phone. It was never disclosed to be an AI chatbot and was instead pushed as a “resident assistant”. Really low quality corner cuts everywhere for the most expensive apartment in downtown Arlington! I would recommend 101 Center for a better experience at a better price, liv+ is good as well. Heights On Pecan is a good alternative for UTA students as well.

The apartment tour was a great experience from start to finish. Valerie from the front office was particularly welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and highlighted features that matched my needs. The unit was clean, well-lit, and clearly well maintained. I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing, amenities, and lease terms. The tour felt relaxed and unhurried, which made it easy to ask questions. Common areas like the gym and lounge were impressive and thoughtfully designed. The location and layout of the apartment exceeded my expectations. Overall, the tour made the apartment feel like a place I could truly call home. I left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living there.
