We love Pinewoods! Have been here several years and extremely pleased with responsible management, regular communication, and timely maintenance. In fact, we appreciate Marcus who came to help us with 2 projects recently. He was caring, respectful and thorough in his work. Thank you to the team.

I’ve had a great experience living here, and the maintenance team is a big part of that. Huge shoutout to Marcus, who finally fixed a bathroom leak that two previous people couldn’t get right (one even told me it wasn't possible!). Marcus was professional and got it done easily.

Everything was good. We had a maintenance request and it was kind of a difficult one but Marcus managed to completely the request and he was so nice. He did everything he could do and he communicated everything he was doing with us and made us understand the problem. Thank you for your service sir.

I'm a UTA student, and I stay here in 1b Apartment.
Other than this place being near to the campus, the apartment is extremely Cozy! Special mention to the property manager here, she is so sweet!! :) She is always available and makes sure that everybody is taken care of. I never had complaints but the one time that I had, it was taken care so well!! Love this place!

I stayed here when I was attending UTA and I was in the cutest loft apartment! It was a quaint property and just the perfect size. The manager, Rhonda, was the best. The few times I needed maintenance done, she had them there the same day and they fixed things right away. The property was always maintained and it felt like I was around family.
