I’ve had a great experience so far I lived here for about 4 months.

Hello, my opinion on this is that if I could give it a zero, I would give it. I want to tell people who want to come rent here not to do it. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to fix my door and they still haven't done it. I've also been living here for 7 months and they've never fumigated my apartment. It's mandatory that you pay for that.

Definitely will be leaving after lease ends. Been dealing with health issues because of a mold issue that has been going on since last year I have pictures of the date from 2024 and this year.

This place is good if you just wanna have a roof to sleep sometimes. If you want to live in a good place, THIS IS NOT! Ive been here for two years, thank God we will move out in one week. This places is horrible, all the sounds, i repeat, YOU HEAR ALL THE SOUNDS in every apartment. Maintenance do NOTHING, we had a lot of problems in the bathroom, doors and maintenance never comes. The garbage is always full, you pay for pest control and they NEVER show or do something about. Really we aren’t people that get mad about simple things but this apartments are the worst. Can't get much worse, I can't summarize how many issues this apartment is having. Plumbing leaks, electrical and roaches roaches roaches. The foundation and actual buildings are falling apart, it is in desperate need for demo and replacement. But it's easy money for property owner and management. I suggest you all go anywhere else but here.
