On Monday, May 11, my son and I toured the Marshall in Tempe, Arizona, with Sloan. During our hour-long visit, we found her to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to clearly explain all fees, patiently answered our questions, and provided a comprehensive orientation to the Marshall community. In addition, Austin volunteered to conduct a “Hard Hat Tour” for us. Although we had not pre-scheduled the tour and I was limited on time, Austin immediately offered to take us over to the apartment complex. He even drove us there in his own car, which we greatly appreciated. Like Sloan, Austin was professional, informative, and welcoming throughout the detailed tour. I am already very impressed with the Marshall based on the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of its employees.
