I do not recommend living here. Cortland took over in the middle of my lease, and none of the changes were communicated well at all. I had to call their corporate office to get some things resolved and explained. If there is one thing to take away from this review, the WIFI is terrible. I work from home some days and there was no way for me to connect due to an outage either in the whole community or just in my apartment on multiple occasions. You are forced into WIFI with a specific company which the apartment refuses to part with. There is no security. Although it is gated, someone forcefully tried to open my apartment door one evening. The apartment said this is out of their scope to deal with. Maintenance has just walked into the apartment before without knocking. The AC has been out on multiple occasions.
