Jeremy took over and helped me out the best way that he could especially since I am coming all the way from California. He was very patient and professional!!
PLEASE FIRE THE CLEANING STAFF on the first floor. One of the cleaning staff members acted like residents were inconveniencing her just by asking a simple question. She was distracted on her phone while cleaning and responded with an incredibly rude attitude when asked about restroom access. Completely unprofessional behavior and a terrible representation of the property.
