The French Quarter

I really liked the complex when I first moved in, and I still do but since being under new management there is constant construction. They are always doing something right by my apartment and the trash and debris left behind by construction is extremely tacky and hazardous, if I can figure out how to post pictures I will. They are always making noises outside and everyone I’ve spoke to is fed up with this constant construction. I understand new management is trying to make TFQ look better but the work they’re doing seems pointless considering they’re replacing boards with the exact same looking ones. The maintenance people are great but I also feel like there’s always someone coming into my apartment every week and it is a little annoying but I appreciate everything the maintenance people do.

I have lived here for two years, now renewing for my third. I have enjoyed living here very much, and me and my roommates use all the amenities frequently. The gym and pool have just been completely redone, which has been really nice. I am looking forward to seeing the property once all the maintenance is finished! The few buildings are completely done, look great. I have recommended multiple of my friends to look into leasing here.
