Would give a 0 star if I could. If you thought the previous management was bad, the current ones even worse. Workers are nice and maintenance is usually quick, I’ll give it that but but the actual apartment is a pos. Had to transfer units but bathroom was full of mold (disgusting amount, all over the walls) so they had to move me to a different unit. New management raised our rent so they could afford renovations, which they decided to do during the middle of the first semester when everyone had to study for exams, so we had to move everything we owned into the middle of the room so they could cover and paint. Pretty much kicked us out of the apartment for a whole day so they could paint. At least they upgraded the TV. They said they “upgraded” the WiFi but it’s way worse now, can’t even play a single game without 300+ ping spikes. Contacted them and was told they were unsure when it’ll get better but estimate was half a year. It also conveniently stops working on the weekend and you can’t contact the office to get it fixed because they’re closed. Previous gym was pretty much 3 bikes and 3 treadmills that were only opened when the office was opened. The gym has recently been upgraded but still only opened until the office closes, which they will change once I move out. Lastly, make sure your rent goes through and don’t trust autopay because it doesn’t work a lot of the times and you’ll get charged a non refundable late fee. Edit: new management also changed the parking contract so you can no longer cancel instantly and have to give a 2 month notice. Wasn’t going to add the mold picture but they pissed me enough to dig through my photos and find it so enjoy!

I lived here last year. The renovations are pretty nice and Jacob is a good leasing agent. I recommend for a cheap spot!
