I really enjoyed living in this community for the last year. I recently moved to another complex but the area was really nice, quiet, and I felt safe all the time. Maintenance was always really quick to repair things and management was very friendly!
The location (near West Lynn & 12th) is close to downtown and an easy bike ride to the river and Zilker Park. The neighborhood is awesome, the price is affordable, the environment is mostly quiet (except for the occasional kids and leaf blowers...). Maintenance generally responds to issue within 24 hours, and has always fully resolved things. It's a good place. The location alone is worth the stay.
