I don’t currently live at Arbor Crossing but recently did a tour. I have to say I really enjoyed myself with the accompany of great leasing, management professionals. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. The property is beautifully kept and managed. The curbside appeal demonstrates the care the residents would more than likely would be given while living at Arbor Crossing.

I lived here for about two years and moved out about three months ago. My life has tremendously changed for the better and I feel way more comfortable now after moving out of that place & I’m saving so much money. Living at Arbor Crossings Apt Is basically like signing up to live with a roommate that nags you about everything you do in your living space. They will charge you for even having a tiny grill on your patio even if you don’t use the grill at all and just needed storage space. Or don’t even dare thinking about hanging up a towel to dry on your rail for a couple hours because they will also make sure to put a note on your door right away for that. and of course, when you finally decide to move out, they will try to charge you for every little cent and fee that they can. Even when it came time to end my lease, I gave them a note in their office IN PERSON and emailed them my 1 month notice, Just for them to turn around and say that they never got those things and went into my apartment before my lease was up, claiming that I “abandoned” my home. Very sketchy behaviors. The main reason that they have good reviews is because they ask the residence to give a good review in exchange for the possibility of winning a couple hundred off of rent.

I would not recommend living here. On top of rent, there are MANY additional fees that get tacked on. During the short season it's open, the pool closes unexpectedly for undetermined lengths of time. It's not well lit at night (which feels unsafe) and there's a huge lack of available on-site parking. There are frequently piles of trash on the ground around the dumpsters, and after deep cleaning our unit when we were moving out (in an effort to get back a portion of our $500 security deposit), we felt scammed when shown a $450 (cleaning fee) invoice which management refused to look any further into the chance there had been a mistake than to tell us it was accurate.

Arbor Crossing is the first apartment complex I have ever lived at and honestly, it's been lovely! Of course, it is not perfect, but that's just life. Here is what I have observed thus far: Pros: - I love love love the pool! By far one of my favorite features during the summer time. The lounge chairs and umbrella tables add a nice touch. The fobs and gates can be a bit tricky at times, but definitely worth it! - Their Amazon locker is a nice feature because it reassures me that my package is secured in a safe location! If I ever have complications with it, the staff at AC are very sweet and help me! - They recently added a trash service where we can put our trash outside of our door and someone will pick it up every week. I personally like it, but I honestly wouldn't mind just taking the trash to the dumpster myself. - The few times we have had maintenance issues with the apartment, facilities was quick to respond and take care of the issues. - The apartment itself was recently modernized and it looks nice! Again, not perfect (there may be speckles of paint on the floors or imperfections on the walls that were painted over), but I still think it looks nice. It comes with a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. It does not come with a microwave however. The handles to turn on the shower can be a bit odd, but it works! - From what I have observed, this community is very family friendly! There are lots of children who go outside and play in the playground. It always brings a smile to my face when I see them playing or riding their bikes around the paths. I have noticed that people tend to keep to themselves, but then again, we are new here and we haven't exactly been the most chatty either (we are shy). I also want to note that I feel very safe here at AC so far! - Lastly, the tour I received is what convinced me to lease with AC. The women who gave me the tour was beautiful, kind, professional, informative, and had fabulous hair! Her vibe was relaxed and even when I called a bajillion times to ask questions about the leasing process, she would answer them all patiently. I can be a bit awkward, so I appreciate her kindness a lot. Cons: - The workout center is functional, however, it is small. If you are someone who likes to workout with multiple equipment options and ample room for exercise, this may not be what you are looking for. There is also a yoga room located outside of the fitness center that has a TV. I like to use that room to YouTube workout videos (shoutout Juice & Toya!), but sadly, it is only offered during office hours on weekdays. I do school full-time and work part-time, so I only get to use this room once a week. I wish it was available after hours :( - I have noticed that sometimes the maintenance of the grounds can be neglected. For example, during the summer, the grass was overgrown quite a bit. Right now, I noticed that there are a lot of leaves in the pathways. It's honestly not a big deal for me and I know it is hard to keep up with grounds maintenance. The grounds still look very lovely in my opinion! - Keep in mind that the price they say on their website will not be the final price of your monthly rent. Unfortunately, there are several extra fees that bump up the price. For reference, our apartment is $1,875/month, but with the added fees, it is a little over $2,000/month (not including our electricity bill). Of course, this is just the reality of leasing with an apartment complex, so keep this in mind if you are choosing to lease! I think that about covers it. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for five years, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The management team is incredibly responsive and truly cares about residents. The amenities are amazing—there’s a fantastic fitness center, a beautifully maintained pool, and a cozy grilling area perfect for gatherings. The grounds are always clean and well-kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, Arbor Crossing has been a wonderful place to call home!
