In my first week half the building burned down, this was 3 years ago now. They never sent my security deposit after move out, nor a reason as to why. did not respond to any follow ups after move out, took pictures as you should but dropped it after i kept coming by to ask to find no one at the desk every time. who cares right.

Most landlords I’ve known would rush to post warning notes or threaten eviction — perhaps understandably. But that’s not what happened here. When I explained my situation and turned in my rent a few days late, Dion and Guide Property Management responded with genuine care. Their first concern was my health: “Please keep us updated,” they said. I turned around with a tear running down my cheek. These folks are not your typical landlords. They put people before money, integrity before profit, and safety before everything else. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and humanity during a difficult time.
