In my first week half the building burned down, this was 3 years ago now. They never sent my security deposit after move out, nor a reason as to why. did not respond to any follow ups after move out, took pictures as you should but dropped it after i kept coming by to ask to find no one at the desk every time. who cares right.

Kindness you don’t expect from a landlord When you’re never late on rent and take pride in being a great tenant, it’s hard to admit when you’ll be late. That’s what happened after I learned I needed an X-ray and MRI and had to miss hours of work, which meant a smaller paycheck. I was dealing with numbness in my right fingers and shoulder pain, and I was genuinely worried about how to explain this delay. Most landlords I’ve known would rush to post warning notes or threaten eviction — perhaps understandably. But that’s not what happened here. When I explained my situation and turned in my rent a few days late, Dion and Guide Property Management responded with genuine care. Their first concern was my health: “Please keep us updated,” they said. I turned around with a tear running down my cheek. These folks are not your typical landlords. They put people before money, integrity before profit, and safety before everything else. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and humanity during a difficult time.

This has been my first rental and it’s been a really terrific place to get started while going to school. Dion makes sure to keep the place clean and is always available if you need help. His team, Goldeneye Construction, has also saved my skin in a couple pinches, and are really down to earth people who do things out of the kindness of their hearts when not required . Overall, this is a great location near a beautiful creek, with a staff who really cared about you

Creekbend apartments is a great place to live. The location is fabulous. The units are cozy and clean and the whole building is well maintained. The manager, Dion, is always ready to help in anyway possible. Living right on the green belt is a dream come true. I love it here.!

Creek Bend Apartments is a great place to live! The apartments are clean, renovated, and affordable. The neighbors are lovely and Dion the property manager is especially helpful! The apartment complex is located right next to the river and my balcony has such a beautiful view we forget we are right in the heart of Boise! I would highly recommend this apartment complex
