Absolutely garbage & trash place to live. No privacy, nosey neighbors, and predatory property management Red Stone Residential funnels $800 dollars for a work order new property management has 44 one stars review for funneling money out of tenants. Whilst Table Rock Res was a lot nicer and never charged to come in and fix things, or look at. Owners are Named Amy, front desk lady is named Shannon & the Maintenance guy is shady as hell. Purposely tries to get work orders from tenants to funnel the money.

I recently traveled from out of state specifically to tour the apartments at Laurel Park. Despite receiving both an email and a phone call confirming my scheduled tour, I arrived to find a sign on the door stating the office was closed. I did not receive any prior notice, no email or phone call, informing me of the closure. A simple courtesy notification would have been greatly appreciated. I had high hopes for this community, but the lack of communication and the dismissive interaction I experienced were truly disappointing. A little consideration and clear communication can go a long way, especially for those making long-distance arrangements.
