The good: quiet neighbors (except for the ones setting off the smoke alarms) clean pool in the summer, apartment is new, and the area is safe. The bad: Similar to other reviews, move out process is horrible. We did a walk through- other than carpet cleaning, nothing was notable. Somehow got charged for the maximum cleaning fee. Might I add that there is nothing in the lease that states a professional cleaner is needed. According to Section 6-321, a landlord cannot withhold the security deposit for wear and tear (which includes cleaning), so this is highly unethical. So if you expect to get your deposit back, don’t live here. If you already live here, don’t bother cleaning as it won’t change a thing. I only stayed here for 6 months, so definitely wouldn’t have lived here if I knew they were going to pocket the security deposit. We were additionally charged more than 21 days after move out for blinds that were broken before we got there (also not legal). The apartment also signed me up for renter’s insurance, despite me submitting proof of a different policy. I was never given written notice that I was signed up for the policy, nor was I given login information. The prior front desk lady was terrible and kept saying she’d fix it. Never did. I had to call so many times and wasted so much time to resolve the issue.

Lived there with my 9 year old son. Management company changed and they wouldn’t let me renew my lease because my background didn’t meet their new requirements. I had 0 issues living there. We are quiet and respectful. Then they took 2 months to get me my deposit back. I also paid a $1700 deposit because of my background and had 0 damage to the apartment. Just threw me and my son out for literally no reason. They treated us very poorly. And the apartment is not worth the price. I now live in an apartment less than 2 miles away and I’m paying almost 800 less a month. Would not suggest living here.

I deleted my old review because they paid us all $5 to leave a 5 star review (I attached a screenshot of that email to prove it) so don't trust any of the old 5 star reviews that you see. I lived there for 2 years and can't recommend it at all. The walls are very thin and you will hear every step, word, and song from your neighbors on each side. I paid $1,850 a month for a 2 bedroom and on top of that you have to pay for wifi, electric, parking, trash removal, water, and then whatever other fees they wanna change. I kept it clean and spotless, never had a dog, no one even lived in my second bedroom and yet I still only got $22 of my $400 deposit back. They use all of your money on cleaning fees, no matter how clean you leave it so don't even bother. The outdoor pool area has grills that work but set the fire alarms off because no one ever cleans them, and you can't use the whole area after 9pm. The indoor rec room with pool and shuffleboard also closes at 9, before the sun even goes down in summer. The indoor bike room is used more for other storage and bike repairs then it is for bikes, and they have said for 2 years that a bike wash station was coming that also never came (screenshot attached for that too). The apartments themselves are a good size and a close proximity to tons of stuff around but good luck finding a parking spot if you wanna come and go. I had a water leak in my wall from where they drilled a hole into the pipe when installing the cabinets and had to live in a hotel for a week. My AC unit on the wall broke and their solution was to give me a remote for it instead of fixing the one on the wall. There were many dogs that lived there and there were so many times that the dogs would just poop or pee in the hallways because they don't have cameras there and no way to enforce the rules. They aslo do a really bad job of removing the snow from the sidewalks and parking lot in winter. Overall not worth the money to live here, im sure there is better somewhere else.

Absolutely love it here. Khiana, the property manager, is great. She made my move-in very easy and is very personable. The amenities here are awesome, there were very thoughtful when they designed these apartments.
