lived here for a while now. spacious 2bed 1bath apartments and very close to downtown and bsu! great staff as well. i highly recommend river street apartments!

Friendly, helpful and a great property management to rent from. Maintenence issues are always acknowledged asap, property managers are helpful, friendly and on top of it, and paying rent is easy. I recommend renting from River Street!

My son and I recently moved into the River St apartment. Communication is great. The apartment has a great location, with plenty of room. Excellent routes for lots of walks around downtown.
