Floor planWell the apartments aren't keptup as far as, nothing is really cleaned before you move in and the whole lease is shady but the part that bugged me was they retain the right to enter your apartment when ever they choose with no prior notification.
I would like to say Thank You to the SpringCreek Property managers, for their fantastic and quick service. I have been a resident of SpringCreek for over 14 years, it is clean, quiet, and friendly. They recently had to replace my HVAC, they were fast and prompt being it was middle of Summer heat, much appreciated. They are pretty much on top of things, plumbing, electrical, and bldg maintenance.
