New Staff are great. Maddy and Kaiden in the office seem to really care about taking care of people which is a great change and Mical in maintenance is amazing, he has always taken good care of my problems.

The management company, Roundhouse, is HORRIBLE. There have been so many issues living here that I don’t want to get into. The biggest being the call box not working. We live on the 3rd floor. It’s AWFUL having to walk down three flights of stairs to let a friend or DoorDash in when it should WORK! The management just straight up quit responding to my emails.

I rent one of the live/work spaces from The Watercooler and couldn’t be happier with my space. In addition, the maintenance and leasing team are always so friendly and make sure that they address any requests quickly and efficiently.

Very modern, and spacious, although the management is absolutely horrible! Getting a hold of management is like pulling teeth...very difficult! Still have issues of many things not working, and surprising new power bills for the "common area" There is no common area! They are charging for outside lighting that is public area. Wow if I knew what I was getting involved with I would have went with the other place I should have chose. Management is so unprofessional!!!

The apartment itself that I moved in to is decent & the location is amazing. However the customer service/ management is terribly inconsistent. They never respond to emails or voicemails about important needs and questions. My move in was also very difficult in that they gave me all wrong keys and I couldn’t get in to my building or appt for 3 hours to move in and had to wait to get the correct keys. Overall no issue with the actual appt itself but they need to work on taking care of their tenants and their communication skills.
