Coronado Apartments

Great place to live! Excellent for public transportation. Seems management is continuing to improve accommodations. Over the years I've never experienced pests nor have I known any fellow residents to have either. Felt that is necessary to state because of other reviews I've read. Management always does a great job resolving any issues I've had.

They were great -- until they weren't. BEDBUGS!!!!!! I lived here for 4 or 5 years, in both buildings and a total of about 4 different units. Things changed in Summer 2023 when I saw a bedbug. Then another one. Then dozens. Etc. I had to threaten Management with Colorado Bedbug Law before they would do the bare minimum treatment (which did not work -- WE HAD BEDBUGS FOR OVER A YEAR, indefinitely -- we moved out while we still had problems). The adjacent unit that shared a wall with us, had a known bedbug infestation for months, and the office NEVER TOLD US. We had to throw away so many personal items. Also, they took over a week to fix our AC unit during the hottest week of the year (90+ degrees every single day, and we were on top floor) utterly unprofessional. Also, despite the exhorbitant rent, you have to pay $1.75 to wash your clothes and another $1.75 to dry your clothes, and the dryers never worked, so you had to pay for them to dry twice. STAY AWAY!!!! NOT WORTH IT.
