Melissa, David, and JP are top notch personnel to have on-site. The pool, gym, and amenities are always well maintained. Whenever I've had an issue they're always on top of things quickly. 5* for the staff on hand here.
Some notes for posterity:
1) LuxerOne is great in mitigating the risk of package theft common in Boulder, though often fedex express doesn't know how to deliver to those lockers which is frustrating so I have to pick up any refrigerated orders from the local fedex shop.
2) The newly installed garage doors are great when they work, unsure if it's user error with other tenants but they seem to be in a "fail open" configuration ~10% of the time.
3) the only other persistent complaints I've had are due to the conduct of other residents which is entirely out of their control. (E.g. someone broke a bottle of wine in the elevator and didn't clean up after themselves, leaving the cleaning crew stuck with the job of cleaning it up.) Also my neighbor 2 doors down commonly verbally abuses and gets in screaming matches with her husband which I can hear through another persons entire unit, she's apparently a longtime resident so there's no hope of resolving that other than through noise cancelling headphones. (Suspect it's a recurring issue given it's happened over 5x since I've moved in July and I personally witnessed one of her daughter sobbing while leaving the house on thanksgiving). she's also a bit of a grinch with the way people decorate for the holidays if it's not aligned with what her definition of "taste" is. So I personally didn't decorate for Christmas even though it's something I've loved doing in the past since I didn't want to create issues with this curmudgeon of a Medicare recipient.
As someone paying over 5k/mo in rent to live here, I'd truly appreciate surveillance cameras or lights along Eisenhower Dr. though the private equity company that owns Parc Mosaic seemingly thinks 10k for cameras is too much, so I've gone about installing my own given that we've had some petty theft off of our porch for Halloween decorations and a homeless person camp out on our porch one night as well.

The community manager JP is fantastic! We were really stressed from having to move from out of state, but JP took every effort to make it easy for us. He shared super helpful videos of our apartment and common spaces, and also personally moved all our furniture packages into our apartment to make it easy for us to get settled on day 1. Also, he graciously stayed past work time on a Saturday to walk us around the space when we arrived after a much delayed flight. We feel so lucky to have had JP work with us. Separately, the apartment is beautiful and the common spaces are clean and well maintained.

UPDATE: I've moved in and continue to have great experiences. The office has been super helpful. And the maintenance team mounted my TV yesterday and they couldn't have been nicer or better at what they do.
The tour was fantastic. The staff couldn't have been nicer. April and Coleman are great. Spent so much time with me, really gave me a good feel for the community, and are making it viable for me to move there. I just wish I discovered it sooner.

I have lived here for almost a year now, and love it. The community is beautiful and always kept clean, thanks to the friendly cleaning staff. The maintenance team has been quick to act and so responsive whenever needed. April, the community manager, has always been helpful when you have questions or other requests as well. People here are friendly and welcoming, especially the dog people! I’ve met some wonderful friends here, and I’m glad I chose Parc Mosaic for my cross-country move.

What started as "let's rent for a couple years" has turned into feeling like we live at a resort, full-time.
AMENITIES: We don't even go on vacation anymore because it'd be like going on vacation from... well... vacation. Heated saltwater lap pool. Underground parking. Rock climbing wall. Secure buildings with personal access codes. Storage facilities onsite. Multiple workout rooms with equipment galore. Bike storage and maintenance room. Firepit. Conference rooms. The only thing missing at this point is an all-day breakfast buffet. ;)
THE PROPERTY: I can't imagine it being kept up any better. There's a team of people doing detailed cleaning in the buildings 7 days a week. I'm not talking just some random person taking out the trash... they're mopping floors, cleaning elevators, washing windows, vacuuming common areas, it always smells great! Outside, there are several grassy areas for pets, a community garden in the summer, multiple rooftop decks, gas grills, and outdoor space to hang with friends and meet other residents. Amazing views and the location can't be beat. It's quiet and away from all the busyness of downtown while less than 5 minutes from anything you need.
APARTMENTS: Units feel brand new. Updated appliances, gas stoves (They get me, they really get me!), nice flooring, clean hallways, overall pretty darn quiet! The layouts are great, especially for smaller spaces like 1 bedrooms. Open layout and good overall flow.
ONSITE TEAM: I'm not sure where they found these super-humans but I'm glad they did. April in the office is top notch. From the initial tour to move-in to day-to-day questions, she's always friendly and even though the property is already incredible, April continues to find ways to make it even better. Then there's the maintenance team, David and Zack. Talk about professional and just genuinely good guys. I had a clogged drain and they were at my door 10 minutes after I put in the request. They even find little things that I didn't even know were "off" and fix them (like a soft-close cabinet hinge that was in the wrong spot). I would trust these guys with anything and they definitely go above and beyond.
So, could we buy a house? Sure. Would it have everything that Parc Mosaic offers? Unlikely.
We may never leave.
