Warning renters! Please read this review carefully as I’m going to explain how unethical this company is and I promise I’ll be fully transparent. We are a new resident here in depot square “Pearl Pkwy Boulder CO” We always pay our rent on time and respect rules as given. All neighbors love us because we give each individual the most upmost respect. When we signed a lease here I was offered a parking space and I did not feel like I wanted to opt in because I did not know how long I needed it. Fast forward 2 months later I got contacted by “Metropolis” 3rd party company who allegedly run the parking garage and encouraged me to sign up. After a few back and forth text messages I was directed to the management as I was told that I have to go thru the leasing office however Metropolis actually monitor the garage and granted me access. I signed a document and I was set to go after speaking with the management. I sold my car due to engine issue and I reached out to the management to end my subscription. I was immediately got refused and told that I signed a contract for parking until the end of my lease :) Where in the world you would sign a contract for parking? Nowhere except this creepy building! So they have been charging me $75 a month for the past 2 months for sth I’m not using and no matter how many time I reached out to the management all I heard back from them is “ there is nothing they can do about it” Basically, They screw their costumers left and right no matter what their status as a resident. Please take your business elsewhere and thank me later! I’m here to let the management know I will get every penny that you took from me and I’m gonna nuke your reputation like no other as I prepared a war for this company. You hit a solid rock this time around and good luck!

When i went to see Sally i was truly lost as far as the whole process and she took her time to show me what I needed to do and helped me get coordinated with my team to help make everything as smoothly as possible she really is a good person and really does care about her residents and if she's hard to reach sometimes it's because she's busy helping someone like me so just be patient and I promise it'll be worth the wait at least I know she'll do her best

The manager Sally has been amazing from the time I walked into the office, throughout the application process, through the move-in process and I've now happily lived here for 7 months. Maintenance - Joel, is very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. I'll never move out1

I helped my mom move into this place a few weeks ago. So far, I have been extremely happy with the location and her treatment. Phoenix is truly the warmest and most sincere manager I've met anywhere--you can tell he goes beyond his duties and job description, actually caring about you and your life. Very happy. Maybe I'll move from Fort Collins soon and get a place. My only complaint is that the building itself could be more handicap accessible, especially considering its demographics! I hope this will change for multiple peoples sake soon. Thanks for the great experience so far. -Michael

I was lucky enough to be one of the first residents to move into this building and have been happy here, since. Convenient location! Easy access to major arterial roads, Goose Creek bike path and I take my elevator to the bus station. Really nice apartment. I have a nice view and am close to just about everything. What really makes the place though is the management. Phoenix is the best property manager with whom I've ever dealt and just a genuinely great guy. If you've ever had a bad one, you truly learn to appreciate a good one. Also, the building has an excellent pet policy and is I'm pretty sure the least expensive one bedroom in town, if you want to live without roommates. There is a lot more I could say, but you should probably just come check it out.
