I lived here for almost 4 years and looking back, this was the worst place I have ever lived. Extremely cheap construction with "landlord special" paint jobs, rotting wooden staircases crawling with vermin. My toddler was injured multiple times just holding the railing walking upstairs (she got bit and stung multiple times; many doctor bills). The appliances are dilapidated, the sink collapsed MULTIPLE times, all of my belongings that were kept in the underneath cabinet were destroyed twice, because of shoddy workmanship. They "tried" to fix it with cheap epoxy, and when it failed, they used more epoxy. We put in more money fixing up the place, and left it in better condition than when we moved in. After move-out (due to the fact that the complex was quite literally falling apart), we recieved pictures of the outdoor areas with rotting wood that we requested be fixed for safety, except they were wanting us to pay to renovate their dilapidated staircase. They also tried to charge us for fixing their sink (which, again, was incorrectly installed and held by nothing but some gum and a prayer). Luckily, we have the pictures from when we moved in. If you are thinking of moving here, there are much better options in the same price range. But if you do, TAKE DETAILED PICTURES of the apartment before move-in, and demand that someone from the office is present while you do so. Same with move out. We were present for the move-out inspection and were told that all we had to replace a $10 burner cover, yet still got charges months after moving for things that weren't even noted in the inspection.
