My experience with Camber Villas was extremely frustrating and disappointing. During the leasing process, I communicated with the office multiple times and was primarily dealing with the manager, Kristi Mitschke. Unfortunately, the information I received throughout the process was inconsistent and misleading. Based on the details provided by the management office, I spent considerable time reviewing lease documents and organizing my housing plans. Later, I was suddenly informed that the lease terms that had previously been discussed were not even available outside of a specific timeframe. This critical information should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. Instead, the lack of transparency and poor communication resulted in a complete waste of my time and unnecessary stress. For a property managed by Greystar, I expected professionalism and proper management standards. Unfortunately, my experience with the Camber Villas management — particularly under the supervision of Kristi Mitschke — did not meet those expectations. Future renters should be very careful and verify all information before relying on what the leasing office tells them. The photos I have attached below are evidence of the information and communication I received during this process. In addition, it is important for potential renters to know that this property does not appear to be very family-friendly. The environment is largely occupied by students and functions more like a student housing complex than a typical residential apartment community.
