I’ve been here about a year and a half. The maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner. I had some personal issues and stayed in contact with the office and they worked with me very well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and I am actually renewing my lease next month and look forward to the next 15 months. I think they do very well and have had much worse apartment experiences in Brian.
Fifteen12 is on Hollowhill Drive in east Bryan, a quiet residential pocket away from the campus core. Texas A&M is about an 11-minute drive south, a manageable commute for students who prefer a calmer part of the area.
