If you're looking for an unfurnished and quiet place to stay, this is a good choice. The price used to be pretty good, but it seems to have gone up. It is spacious though. The staff are nice. The maintainance is quite fast. The location is also near Texas A&M campus and Northgate, and between their 2 bus stops on Route 15. There is a separate laundry room which kinda is a bummer. Student community is also quite less here, so you will feel a bit disconnected. Also for some reason they didn't get the pool cleaned for the entire spring after multiple requests. I understand it was due to maintainance backlogs but still.. It is a nice small pool though, with a 3 feet to 8 feet (so rare to have). There's half a basketball court with a broken hoop, and a worn out volleyball court. Didn't have any trouble with mail, but my neighbour did have some trouble. I blame USPS on that though. We had only a few roaches, which only appeared past midnight. We did a have a maggot outbreak out of nowhere 1 day, and I wish pest control would have handled it, but it apparently doesn't come under their contract. We did resolve it ourselves within 2 days. Would pick this over Reveille Ranch anyday. The move out fees was partially unjustified, but it's upto their parent Dti properties, which is reachable only via an email which sucks. Still the charge wasn't too high. Finally not much of a window view for most homes, but I certainly had a beautiful one.

This place is great, from the day I got the lease all staff where supportive. Very nice and caring staff who try to solve concerns and maintenance issues. My apartment is also great, everything look new and clean, and location is near TAMU campus. I am really satisfied with this place, and would recommend it to everyone.

The place is great. It has a pool, basket ball court and a volleyball court. The apartment is around half a mile from A&M. The apartments themselves are nice too. The staff are very friendly and respond to issues fast.

My First Stay and it's really wonderful

I don’t leave reviews often, but this place is awful. No deposit back regardless of how clean you leave the apartment, oh and add about $150 in “fees.” Appliances always breaking down, people never available to fix it within a week. Laundry rooms are so dirty they’re unusable. You can definitely find a much nicer place for a comparable price
