I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, and the landscaping is always kept up nicely. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home.

I had a great time touring rev and o especially liked the amenities. If you plan on touring rev I highly suggest you tour with Sofia Lopez. Sofia made me feel extremely comfortable to ask all and any questions and was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in and out! Overall made my tour experience enjoyable and helped me narrow my options.

My experience at Rev has always been great, and a big reason for that is Sofia. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. From answering questions to handling requests quickly and efficiently, she makes the front office feel welcoming and organized. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and takes pride in her work. Having someone so reliable and positive at the reception desk truly makes a difference!

Living at The Rev at Northgate has been a great experience overall, and I’m really excited to be living here again next year. The community is welcoming, the location is super convenient, and everything has been well maintained. I also want to shout out JJ for he is incredibly helpful, professional, and always on top of his job. It really makes a difference having someone who genuinely cares and is quick to help whenever needed. I’m happy to call The Rev my home.

I’ve loved living here. Amenities are super nice, location is perfect, maintenance is super helpful and timely. My only real complaint is that the garage is super narrow and it is very easy to get into an accident. Move out fees are pretty intense too if the apartment is not left absolutely spotless. Overall I love living here though!
