This place is great if you want privacy and great neighbors. The landlord Michael is very attentive and accommodating. The apartment layouts are great. If you’re a simple person you’ll love it here. If you want more of the city life then this place is not for you:)

These apartments are gorgeous and the views are spectacular. Owner is very accommodating and friendly. Have had one minor maintenance issue so far and it was addressed and remedied within 24 hours. Only downside is the highway noise but the views from the balcony more than make up for it.

I highly recommend The Ranch At Riverside Parkway for professional students (medical, veterinary, pharmacy, nursing, etc.) It is a beautiful complex that is away from all the craziness of College Station. The residents are all professional students or people who work for the University- such a quiet and safe environment. The owner Mr. Michael Beckendorf is so nice and helpful. You will not find another apartment complex that you get to talk with the owner. If you have any issues with your apartment Mr. Beckendorf gets them taken care of immediately. I loved living here and wish I would have found this apartment complex sooner!!

This is the ONLY apartment complex in Bryan/College Station area for professionals. These apartments are just beautiful! As a nervous parent of a recently graduated RN, I was looking for the safest low key location that I could find. She would be working nights and sleeping during the day, so we really needed a quite safe place and this place was perfect for that. The price point is a bit higher than average for this town but when you see the beautiful interior, private location and zero rowdy college students you won’t go anywhere else. My daughter is moving back home now but the 2.5 years she has lived here was just a great experience.

Apartment is ok, but not really worth the price. Several things started breaking 6 months in. The washer and dryer are so compacted in the space I was left a note that said "leave door open when drying." which is not exactly the best option. Some of the cabinets weren't finished in the unit, the sink had to be repaired from breaking. They fixed within 24 hours, however I had to clean up most of the mess. Just like most apartments, the walls are very thin and I could always hear the people above or below me. I could also hear from the apartment across the hall. The doors slam and any time anyone opened or closed them in the building, it was very loud. The smoke detectors went off randomly all the time. If they went off in other buildings you could hear those as well. People did not clean up after their pets, many dogs allowed to roam with no leash. Overall the ownership and the apartment is nice, however for being new and the price, more was expected.
