Lake Walk at Traditions Apartments

I would like to give a public appreciation for Dustin whi is one of the maintenance people at Lakewalk at Traditions. He has been consistently amazing. I’ve reached out a few times, and he always responds quickly and makes it feel like the issue is already halfway solved just by how attentive and on top of it he is. He shows up fast, communicates clearly, and gets things fixed efficiently without dragging it out. He’s helped me with both my garbage disposal and my fridge, and in both cases the turnaround was super quick. What I really appreciate is his attitude: he’s genuinely kind, respectful, and approachable - always smiling, calm, and patient. Even when something is stressful or inconvenient, he makes the whole experience easy and reassuring. It’s rare to find maintenance support that’s this reliable and consistently friendly. When I moved in, my apartment had not been cleaned. It was completely dirty. I had moved in during the holidays when the office was closed for a couple of days. I cleaned my own apartment and expected them not to charge me when moving out. I provided them with all the evidence, but they still charged me more than I had expected. The outstanding charges are now sitting with a collection agency.
