Fantastic place to live while working or studying at UChicago. It's very easy to move in and out of the furnished units. Shared kitchen, etc. in good shape. Payments and the locks/keys in the app work well. Maintenance is super responsive and good with keeping furniture, etc. in good condition. I would say the only potential drawback is that the apartments are a tad more isolated than other places I have lived in town - a little more of a walk to transit downtown (Metra/CTA), the grocery store, and restaurants.
