Manager is so bad at her job. Takes weeks to answer her texts and took over a month to get back to on a maintenance request.

The request was answered in less than a day. The man fixed the leaking problem within five minutes by pulling out a useless mechanism in my toilet tank and putting in the standard flap and handle. Never saw a quicker fixer!

Not clean inside and lot of things are missing and not working properly

I used to live here for 2 years. Wonderful place to live, maintenance is always on top of things when you report a problem. Maria, the manager is very helpful, sweet, and will always return your calls if you leave a voicemail after hours. I never had an issue with bed bugs or any type of bugs, we were also very clean in our apartment. Our neighbors were sweet and friendly. Quiet place to live, near grocery stores and retail stores.

CAUTION, THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. My gf and I lived here, and ended up with bed bugs in everything. Among our personal belongings, a bed, sofa, and love seat were all destroyed. We were forced to move out of the apartment for 3 weeks due to it being UNINHABITABLE. When we asked about reimbursement for the 3 weeks we were unable to vacate the apartment, we were told we were on our own. Being short on funds, we were unable to afford to replace everything, along with living in the place for another month. We notified the manager that we would be unable to continue living there, and would be out by the end of the month. Because a "proper" 30 days notice was not given, we were told we would be paying for the entire following month. How can you charge someone to live in a place that is uninhabitable? AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. LOOKING FOR BED BUGS? MOVE IN, OTHERWISE, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE.
