Terrible apartments, these apartments will take your deposit and charge you to remodel the apartment on your dime. Avoid this place at all cost. They will act friendly and easy going to get you to rent there, but they are hustlers.
Their amenities all closed within months of moving in, surely they knew this would happen but the residents were given no advance notice before renting. A classic bait and switch. Once you move out they will take every penny they can get out of you. If they damage your apartment with their own handy man, rest assured they will charge you for it in the end. These people are in the process of going out of business. Help them out and don't rent here.

Horrible place. Amazon packages get stolen, you don't get your deposit back, leasing office will be selective on the fees they add on residence. Security is a joke.

This apartments are built like the depressing slab apartments from russia. This architecture disappoints me. The location, walkability, and pool bump it up to four stars though

Unsafe Conditions and Unethical Practices
I lived at Bungalow Commons in Meriam Park, and I strongly advise against renting here, especially if you have children. My studio had a door directly leading to the upstairs neighbor's garage, and my two-year-old and I were expected to sleep with this door right next to our bed. For months, there was a Tesla parked in that garage, and recently those tenants moved out and new tenants with a gas vehicle moved in and started utilizing the garage so I raised concerns about the CO (carbon monoxide) risks this posed. When I pointed out that a door leading to a garage should not be next to the sleeping area, instead of addressing the safety issues, the management hit me with a non-renewal and refused to seal the door or update the safety equipment.
Due to the CO risk, we had no choice but to leave and find temporary housing. They refused to properly seal the door despite my repeated requests and decided that it wsn't worth keeping us safe for the next 50+ days of the lease. There are four units in this area with the same dangerous setup. None of these units have the proper safety equipment—they only have smoke alarms. These units have an attached garage with no vestibule separating it from the downstairs area and no sensor on the stairs leading from the garage to the upstairs units.
These buildings are unsafe, and Meriam Park’s management has no ethics. They are not licensed, and when safety issues are raised, they retaliate instead of taking responsibility. Don’t rent from Meriam Park—they will ruin your rental history to cover up their negligence.
Here’s a video link for reference that shows the setup. Please think twice before moving here.
