Pearl is super helpful and kind to my college student son. She has gone out of her way to make our whole family comfortable through the move in process and any issues that have come up this year. I want make a special shout out to Cassandra who got us started and set the tone when we first were looking at several different complexes last summer. (TOUR ONLY, NOT A TENANT) We took a tour in a Brentwood Middle and Corner with Cassandra, who was extremely nice, informative, and helpful! She started off by showing us photos of middle and corner units, then took us to Brentwood to see units in person.

Me and my soon to be roommates had a wonderful time being toured by Cassandra today. She was very helpful and informative providing us all the answers we sought. She was overall lovely with her sociability making the process of finding an apartment that would suite our needs feasible.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. It’s safe, peaceful, and I’ve never run into any issues. The leasing office is wonderful — everyone is so warm and helpful. A special shoutout to Cassandra; she always takes such good care of me and goes out of her way to help with anything I need. Truly grateful to live here with zero complaints.
