It truly is a nice place to stay. You will be close to everything outside of academics so it makes it easier to get out the "house" (especially if you only got a E-Scooter). Amenities are awesome and a generous amount of pop up events will happen from the staff. You will not get a full kitchen; you have a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, cabinets & drawers). The dining hall is pretty good with reasonable options but do not expect Gordan Ramsey level food (this is the only meh part). I highly recommend!

My freshman son just finished his first semester at TAMU. We were lucky to find Cambridge Hall for his housing needs. The staff is super friendly, the location is prime - only 5-7 minutes to campus on the bus line - and the amenities are plentiful. From a cafeteria and grill, to an immaculate pool, movie nights and a good sized gym.....your student can have it all here!
I highly recommend them!

I decided to delete my last review, and add more information into a whole new one:
Over the past semester at Cambridge Hall, I have had both positive and challenging experiences that I believe are important to share. First, I want to thank the staff—especially Ms. Whitney and Bailey—for the support they have provided during my time living here. I appreciate that they always try to help the residents when situations come up, and I recognize that the property has many responsibilities to manage.
There are some concerns I do have, and wish could be addressed before new residents:
- I believe that some information—such as fees, scheduling expectations, or the move-out/move-in process—could be explained earlier or in more detail. Better clarity would help residents feel more confident and less overwhelmed during transitions.
- The internet down in the lobby is very slow and lagging all the time when residents use it, units should be allowed to have garbage disposals because it will make things easier, the trash room should at least be emptied every day and not the end of week. The dishes aren’t fully cleaned in the dinning hall, and we wish a hot tub was added near the pool area!
Overall, Cambridge has been a good place to live, and I am grateful for the efforts of the property team. I hope my feedback can help make communication smoother and more accessible for all students, especially those with support needs, so that everyone can have a positive and successful living experience.

Shout out to Cade for spending an hour on the phone with me, helping work through a lease renewal glitch! He is professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Bailey is a great manager and also helped tremendously. Cambridge is a safe place to live and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

1. I have three concerns at Cambridge Some of us have to be at school at eight and we don’t have time to get breakfast in the morning because it opens at seven. Can you open it like at six.
Because I would also like to get a smoothie on the weekends, but they can’t have it on the weekends because you guys don’t have enough staff and they only do it Monday through Friday but I have school at eight every day at eight. 2. The elevator has been broken since I moved in. Are you going to fix the elevator the one that says it’s out of order.
3. We also need a garbage disposal when we have our food in our apartment because that way it doesn’t the trash doesn’t get smelly and we don’t accidentally clogged the sink because we also have to clean our dishes because we don’t have a dishwasher.
