I lived here from mid 2016 to mid 2017 and was by far the best apartment I lived in.. I tried two other places at College Station and they are not even comparable. I loved that the buildings are new and clean, the equipment in the kitchen and laundry room are of good quality, the finish of the apartment is nice, and the owner was really caring about providing excellent and timely maintenance services upon request. The living room had a huge window with a balcony which was really nice to have. Parking is excellent. And I loved the proximity to the park and several nice restaurants at the street end.

Falcon Point is a pretty well-maintained complex but the walls are thin…
The neighbors are noisy and because of thin walls you can hear when they stomp around, when they yell and when they have company, etc. Basically, you can hear a whole bunch of body functions, if you get what I mean.
At this point, I would deem this complex to be a glorified bowling alley.
You can reach out to management, but it seems like there’s a lack of urgency in getting things handled.
Maybe if I put it out here, something will be done about it? What do you guys think?? (Insert heavy sarcasm here)

I lived here for three years and only left because I moved out of state. My experience with this complex and the leasing company was overall very positive. My apartment was beautiful, updated, and any maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Being so close to Wolf Pen Creek Park was a huge bonus, and I jogged there almost everyday. I highly recommend this complex to grad students and young professionals, and I definitely miss living here!

It is a well-maintained complex but not well made. Some neighbors are noisy and because of thin walls you can hear everything they do. Also, our neighbor smoked weed in his bathroom and we could smell it in our bathroom and it was unbearable. The smoking issue was handled by management after months trying to convince them how terrible the smell was.
New update: we got new neighbors who are too noisy and we can hear them fighting and screaming in early morning, like 4 am. I complained to them but they don't care.

I have a friend who lives there and so I thought about living there too. No way. There are basically no amenities compared to other apartment complexes. Also, what would be especially frustrating to me is the fact that there are no garbage disposals in the sinks so you have to throw food waste in your trash can. Want to guess how fast that attracts flies to your garbage can?! Fruit flies swarming everywhere! Seriously, what kind of place in 2019 doesn’t have a garbage disposal? Also, the apartments do not include microwaves, so you have to buy your own. Seriously, what kind of apartment in 2019 doesn’t come with a microwave? Why cheap out on such things in what is supposed to be a luxury complex?
There is one positive and that’s the location near Wolf Pen Park, if you like to go for walks.
