Overall, a decent apartment complex. Been living here for about three years.
The admin is friendly but not super efficient. They respond well to emergency requests but keep dilly-dallying otherwise. Occasionally, it is better to talk directly to the repairmen than to the administration to know the exact status of a request.
The apartments are a bit old and there is need for maintenance here and there. Our stove had frequent problems. The facility has a nice pool but it is closed mostly. Also, on weekends last summer, a specific group keeps it occupied. Then, it remained closed for 2-3 days for cleaning and the cycle repeated.

Where do I start.
I lived at this apartment for almost 8 years and they charged us $137 on top of the deposit after moving out- as if 8 years of living in one place doesn't cause wear and tear. I've endured multiple rat/mice problems to AC unit flooding to water dripping down from the ceilings (3 different locations). Had many other problems from the place just being old and falling apart. I've seen so much from this apartment and I can tell you with confidence to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They will try to charge you for everything and will give you bad service. The maintenance guy and the manager are the only reasonable people. But do expect to wait weeks if you have maintenance issues (they have more office workers than maintenance).
Honestly I'm just glad to be out of there and you will be too.

I live at these apartments for 5 years and 4 months. The only upside to living here is it is cheap as compared to the rest of the apartments around, however they hide charges in the lease. First off it is impossible to get your deposit back as they hide charges in the lease. I returned the apartment in the condition I got it and was still given over 200 in charges as many others describe. I would advise people to not move here, and get a better apartment.

This is very bad and worst apartment I have met. The apartment very old and maintenance very bad. The people work in the office is very bad. When you move out , you can not get any deposit back, they also charge several hundred dollars extra. When you move out, they just let you turn in the keys. did not go with you check the room. after two weeks, they give you a list of charge: total additional charge is $1118.65 . You want to them explain the charge. They will not talk to you anymore.

I will never again live at an apartment complex owned by this management and neither should you. Here's why-
First, I was told my non-smoking apartment was ready for move in. Upon arrival, there were dishes in the dishwasher, loads of cool whip containers in the cabinets and pantry, and silverware in the drawers. The apartment was not vacuumed, the bathroom and kitchen not cleaned, and to top it all off it REEKED of smoke. Let's just say it took two days and $60 worth of cleaning products to get the place livable. That does not cover the smoke smell. I had to buy two air purifiers to get the stench out. It took 2 months before I could fall asleep without sneezing. Did I make all of this information known to management? Of course, I filled it all out on my move in sheet. Did they offer any sort of apology or reimbursement? Of course not!
I could not get out of this apartment quick enough. Upon my move out, I cleaned my apartment. I did not want the next tenant to receive the same treatment as I did. I probably spent about 3 hours cleaning the apartment for my move out. I was looking forward to receiving my deposit back.
Instead, I received a $75 bill for not wiping the baseboards down and not cleaning the ceiling fan. I challenged it of course. But these people refuse to talk to you on the phone, only fax. Needless to say, they did not see my point of view and now I owe the money or they send debt collectors after me.
There is not enough bad things I could say about this apartment and it's management. Take my warning- anywhere is better than living here.
