The only good thing about this place is that it is within walking distance of HEB, Target, Ross, and many restaurants. The amenities claimed on the website are substandard and not worth paying for. Major roach infestation as well.

First of all, they did not share information in detail regarding how their leasing process works - the only thing they said was it is first come first serve basis. They did not mention that only when you pay deposit they will allot the apartment to you. They just said both me and my husband need to have our applications submitted separately. The property manager behaved very badly with us when we told them that we were not properly informed about the deposit and how the apartment allotment process is carried out. She completely denied us. However, before this call she had not talked to us nor was she present when her subordinate had spoken to us. Even after her bad behavior when we called exactly 5 minutes later to confirm that we will take which ever apartment they have for us, she said all apartments are sold! How can all 3 apartments be sold in 5 minutes? And if they had no vacancy then why did they call to inform that they have a different apartment for us instead of the one we had talked about the last time we visited their office? All that said, the property manager was very rude, denying, and not cordial at all. It was very disappointing the way they treated us.

Worst place to live in college station. Patricia and the management staff didn’t bother to take into account that we made the place look better than when we got there. Charged us 200$ for carpet replacement when it’s obvious that the carpet hasn’t been replaced in 10 years. A lot of cockroaches due to unclean neighbors and this building being 30+ years old. After repeatedly asking for my apartment to be sprayed, my girlfriend still woke up to a roach crawling on her. If you think their laundromat is worth it, it’s not. It smells disgusting 24/7 and it costs twice as much as a laundromat does. Also, I believe ALL tenants went 2 weeks non consecutively without water. Seems like they were too cheap to get a professional to do their job and went with the workers who were constantly fixing other tenants complaints. It’s cheap which is the only good part. The on-site staff is great and helpful but the off-site DTI properties management is useless and has likely never step foot on this property. My bike was stolen, as well as my neighbors bike (both locked.) Most apartments in College Station are shady like this, but they at least have nicer property .

Had a horrible experience these past few weeks. My window just randomly broke while opening the door and I keep getting told over and over it will get fixed as soon as possible every other day I asked when it will be repaired. And now a winter storm just occurred and I had all the cold breeze and air make my apartment feel so uncomfortably cold these past few days while they could’ve just fixed my window days before since it’s already been broken 3 weeks. I’ve tried being patient but this experience so far is not good.

This is a decent place to live during college. The rents are relatively cheaper but only if you are sharing the bedroom with another person.
And, you should expect the apartment and amenities to be just decent suiting the low rent prices.
The biggest pros are the walkable distance H.E.B store behind the apartments and the college bus stops located right in front of the apartments.
